Recalling the Vote is a collection of over 60 photographs documenting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s march from Selma to Montgomery in 1965, by award-winning photographer Dan Budnik. The march captured the nation’s attention, enabling President Lyndon Johnson to get the Voting Rights Act through Congress and signed into law within four months.
