About Jon

Lewis is a diverse photographer, artist, and activist. He first exhibited his work in 1974 and was a member of Sydney’s “Yellow House”, a famed artist collective. He ventured into experimental video and also instituted Greenpeace Australia, an initiative that led a successful campaign to end the slaughter of whales in Australia. Lewis has exhibited his photography extensively throughout Europe, Australia, and parts of Southeast Asia, and currently resides in the Southern Highlands of Australia’s New South Wales territory.
