About John

Ganis received an M.F.A. in photography from the University of Arizona in 1980 and now holds professorship and Chair in the Photography Department of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. His work has been exhibited widely and is included in collections of the Brooklyn Museum of Art, The Center for Creative Photography, The Detroit Institute of Arts, and The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
