About Mark

Mark Asnin has spent the past 18 years addresing issues of drugs, addiction and consequences in his work, Uncle Charlie. In 1987,  he received LIFE magazine’s prestigious New Photographers Award. Received a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship  in 1988. Has been exhibited extensively both abroad and in the U.S. at venues as noteable as the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, and the Howard Greenberg gallery. Been interviewed in new York Magazine, Le Monde, and The village Voice.
